Hey Freak!

OK, so I decided to take a(nother) little break. Sorry for the lack of warning. And for not replying to any emails. I'll be doing that today later on, I think.

Anyway, I really needed that break. It had been almost a year since I had a steady job, and I just decided I needed to suck it up and take whatever job came my way, temp or otherwise. And I didn't want to blog about it. I mean, talking about taking action... I figured it was time that I just cut that step and just took action. So, I've been working for a small biotech for about a month now, and I don't know how much longer they'll be needing me. But I won't get too much into that, either. Suffice it to say, I'm working, I'm happy (well, happier), and I won't worry about what comes next until it comes. Yanno?

Actually, there were about a billion times I was gonna return to blogging, but didn't. Yeah, I know, I always say that, but hey, it's true. Like, I wanted to talk about the crock of shit known as the BCS for a while. And I wanted to talk about the unbeaten* New England Cheatriots and their Coach-of-the-Year* Bill Belichick. And I wanted to talk about how I'm currently addicted to the show "Ghost Hunters" on SciFi. I haven't blogged in a while, so maybe later I'll post more in-depth thoughts about those things.

Oh, by the way... I hope everybody had a good Christmas. And a Happy New Year. Yeah, I know I'm late, and really, I'm a dick for not sending out any cards or well-wishes or anything like that. Hopefully, you'll all give me a break, because when you've had no life for a year, and on top of that, it's holiday time, well... you can imagine that I was a bit depressed, and didn't want anything to do with anyone. I know, I know... that's a fucked up way to think, and I'm not defending my actions... I'm just owning them. I'll try to be better in the future about keeping in touch with people.

Anyway.

OK, nothing more about that shit. I'm done with that. It's 2008 - this going to be a great year, right?

Ok, so what's your opinion on Brian Harnois, and his new Ghost Hunters international thing?

I admit, GH is a guilty pleasure. Sometime late last year, I found Brian's myspace, and checked it out a bit. He always seemed like an idiot, so I'm amazed they gave him a show.
