Wow, it's almost Easter.
Normally, I love this time of year. Why? Because Easter means that it's time for... Cadbury Creme Egg Commercials!
Yes, I absolutely love those commercials. I'm a geek. I can live with it. But, come on. They're funny! There's the classic bunny "bok bok bok bok bok BAWK". There's the tryouts (the lion is my favorite... "BOK!"). They're all funny.
But. You know what? I haven't seen a single Cadbury Creme Egg commercial this year. Not a one. What's up with that?
Am I the only one who misses those things?

I haven't seen any Easter candy commercials either.
I love the Creme Eggs and the Mini Eggs. I never did get into Peeps.

They probably figure since everyone still remembers the commercials, like we do, why spend $$$$ on rebroadcasting them. *goes off to hijack a truck full of creamy, chocolatey eggs*

I miss the old M&M's commercial where a little kid is dressed up like a chicken and says "Thanks Easter Bunny. Bwok Bwok!"
I also saw one that Baskin Robbins did one year the was really cute. There was a carrot ice cream cake looking yummy. Suddenly there is a saw coming up from below the cake making it's way in a circle around the cake. The cake disappears through the hole. Then a real rabbit with bandit mask pops out of the hole twitches his nose, giggles and then pops back down. That was the best - it was on the same level as those Cadbury Ads.
